Hi, I’m Kelly and I’m inviting you to join me in an eight week online guided book study of Parent Effectiveness Training.

The last thing we want to do is add more to our already full plate. BUT (yes, there's a but) we've reworked the book club to reduce the overwhelm as much as possible.

We've given you a buffer - you'll have 12 weeks to finish the 8 weeks of content.
We've added 60 minute weekly Zoom lessons for VIP MEMBERS so that you can get more support to really support your learning. Calls will be Thursdays at Noon, Pacific Time, but are recorded and not mandatory. (No stress, remember?!)
We've broken it down into manageable bits, so you may just be able to see results in a time when you really freakin' need it - NOW!
The pace is yours to set. Answer Book Club questions when you can, there's no schedule! They're posted for your convenience.
We've laid out the content in a way that is relaxed, organized, and accessible with lots of visual and audio examples.

Right now there is a lot of stress, anxiety, fatigue, & drama, but we can lessen the impact by helping you learn skills that will help you and your kids to cooperate, listen, and empathize.

There is an INCREDIBLE power to be found.

But you have to know how to open it up, read it & use it.

That's where I come in....

As your instructor, I’ll guide you through your P.E.T. learning and also, just regular kid problems that apply in your life. In VERY SHORT chunks of time each day, we'll tackle how to more effectively handle all these tricky situations that pop up.

More resistance? Picky eating? Clinginess? Sleeping trouble? Regression? These are all things that can create conflict, but handling them when we're stressed ourselves can be overwhelming if not almost impossible.

We'll help you learn how to manage these things and add in the benefit of increased self-awareness, responsibility, cooperation. We'll also help your family reduce angry outbursts, tantrums, defiance, and frustration.

You will learn how to help motivate your children so they’ll work out their own solutions to their problems and even help out more as a TEAM.

Everything we need when we've got kids at home....right?!

By the end of the eight weeks, you’ll be spending a whole lot more time having fun instead of just making it through the day!

I am a mom, Certified Parent Effectiveness Training Instructor and Parent Coach in San Diego, CA.

I help parents find the balance in parenting.
